So, you’ve surely heard about VoIP. A nice thing that lets you call for very low price worldwide.
There are many VoIP providers, in this post, I’ll describe the on that I use and I’ll tell you something about my VoIP “infrastructure”.
Because I like wireless things, I am using a WiFi router - D-Link DSL-G604T.
It’s a bit old and it doesn’t have VoIP support.

To call and receiving calls, I use Zyxel P-2000W WiFi phone.

It works very well.
Sound quality is very good, similar to Skype, but you should try it yourself, because servers are in Switzerland, so the latency can be high, when you are far away from servers.
Prices are just incredible - many locations are free, many are 1 cent per minute.
Free calls - yes! You can talk for free. You have free 300 minuts per week to free destinations. I think that it’s fair for home usage.
Features - you can send SMS messages (about 0.05$-0.1$ per SMS) and you can make phone-to-phone calls.
It works really simply - you type your phone number and the number of person you want call. First, your telephone will ring, when you answer it, your “destination person’s” phone will ring.
You can also make free trial call through this service. You can try it by phone-to-phone method, you’ll find it on the main page of VoipDiscount.
There is just one small disadvantage - this company works behind many name: VoipBuster, VoipCheap, VoipStunt, VoipDiscount and many others. This is rather strange marketing technique…
However, I can say that VoipDiscount is a good provider, and I am a happy customer.
Visit VoipDiscount homepage - here you can make your free phone-to-phone call.
